ABOUT SONIA

Sonia Grimman has been a real estate agent for almost 40 years. Having a successful career in real estate does not happen by accident. It comes from listening to her clients and getting them where they want to be, every time. Sonia has lasting relationships with her clients based on trust, honesty and unrivaled service. She has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell real estate, multiple times. Her clients come back and refer their friends and family to her because of her integrity and experience. 90% of her business comes from repeat and referal business.

Sonia immigrated to Canada with her husband and two children in 1983. She arrived with a BA in English and a teacher's degree from the University of Beersheva in Israel. She fluently speaks three languages: Russian, English and Hebrew. Sonia got her real estate license in 1984 and never looked back. Her love of people and helping them find their perfect space guides her in her work. She is protective of her clients while being diligent in her work. Attention to detail and a deep knowledge of real estate result in smooth transactions.

Giving back to the less fortunate is a huge part of Sonia's life. She has done the Weekend to End Breast Cancer (60km walk) twice, Heart and Stroke Ride on the DVP twice, and the Ride to Conquer Cancer 6 times - a 2 day, 230km bike ride from Toronto to Niagara Falls. She has raised thousands of dollars for these charities through her participation.

Sonia's hobbies are selling houses, reading, travelling, movies, Sudoku, knitting, walking and exploring new places.
